At Wonky Tree Furniture® we want to make sure shopping at our welcoming Online Furniture Store experience is an enjoyable one. That’s why we’ve worked hard to make sure our store policies are fair, simple, clear and transparent. You can find a full outline of our policies below.

Customer service - we will always provide you with the best possible service.

Shipping/ delivery - we can deliver your special piece of furniture within the 

United Kingdom only (excluding Northern Ireland & Scotland)

Delivery within Warwickshire and from our sister company in Mid Wales is free of charge, regardless of the size of your order.

Please allow at least 7 to 10 working days for delivery. Delivery charge will apply on orders outside Warwickshire and outside the Mid Wales area and the cost will vary depending on your location/ distance. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE  

Please request a delivery cost prior to any purchase of items, if delivery address outside Warwickshire and Mid Wales.

Collection of your furniture - you can of course collect your special piece of furniture from us but we would require a minimum of 5 working days notice 

as we don't have a high street store.

Recommendations - we hope you will recommend us to your family,

friends and work colleagues.

After sales service - we will always provide you with the best possible after sales service and deal with any issues that you may have after purchase, 

including the advice on caring for your special piece of furniture over the coming years.
